Lawrence, No. 1 Verey Street, Astor House, 1860.  Includes a facsimile of Thomas Jefferson’s handwritten rough draft, including his corrections, a grouping of all the signers’ signatures and a detailed description of each signer.  This printing may have been a patriotic move on the eve of the Civil War.

Covers tattered, disbound and stained, but the internal pages are in very good condition with light toning.
